What we’ve done
Throughout our 25 year history, we have successfully applied our user-centred approach to wide range of projects, across many different industries.
Our input may range from a few weeks to several years. The output may be a short presentation of user insights and design recommendations, or a series of detailed reports that support decisions throughout the design process. The scope may focus on one particular element of the design or encompass the users’ entire experience. Whatever the scale of the project, our clients benefit from our breadth and depth of human factors knowledge and experience.
